Refund policy

At DTF Downunder, we take pride in producing bloody good transfers. Because all of our products are custom-printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

What is covered

We will offer a reprint or full refund in the following situations:

  • Your order arrives damaged or defective
  • There is a print quality issue on our end (e.g. banding, colour shift, or incomplete prints)
  • The wrong item was sent

What is not covered

  • Errors in artwork or files submitted by the customer (e.g. low resolution, incorrect colours, spelling mistakes)
  • Change of mind after an order has been placed
  • Issues resulting from incorrect pressing technique, temperature, or pressure applied by the customer
  • Orders where the film has been pressed and deemed unsatisfactory without first contacting us

How to make a claim

If you believe your order is eligible for a reprint or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@dtfdownunder.com.au. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess your claim and respond within 2 business days.

Consumables and supplies

DTF film, powder, and other consumable supplies are sold as-is and are non-refundable once opened, unless the product is faulty upon arrival.
