By placing an order with DTF Downunder (dtfdownunder.com.au), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

About us

DTF Downunder is operated as a sole trader business based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. ABN: 61799179342.

Orders and artwork

  • All products are custom-made to order. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has commenced.
  • You are responsible for ensuring all artwork and files submitted meet our specifications. We are not liable for errors in customer-supplied files.
  • By submitting artwork, you confirm you own the rights to that artwork or have permission to reproduce it. DTF Downunder accepts no liability for copyright infringement arising from customer-supplied designs.
  • We reserve the right to refuse orders for artwork that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes on third-party intellectual property.

Pricing and payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Turnaround and dispatch

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of order confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays).
  • Turnaround times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, DTF Downunder's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the value of the original order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
