Shipping policy

Dispatch

We dispatch all orders within 48 hours of order confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping carriers

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and other reputable carriers. The carrier used will depend on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Delivery timeframes

• Brisbane Metro: 1–3 business days
• Queensland regional: 2–5 business days
• Interstate metro: 2–5 business days
• Remote or rural areas: 5–10 business days

These timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, EOFY).

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order is lost or arrives damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@dtfdownunder.com.au with your order number and photos where applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

No minimum order

We have no minimum order requirement and ship orders of all sizes Australia-wide.
